By entering and remaining on these premises, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected car wash service and to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you do not accept these terms, please exit the premises immediately.
To help protect your personal property, please ensure all valuables are removed from your vehicle before handing it over to one of our team members.
Airport West Car Wash complies with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms and conditions are not intended to limit or replace any of those statutory rights.
Except as required by the Australian Consumer Law, Airport West Car Wash is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained in connection with your visit or the provision of car wash services, including any loss resulting from theft, fire, mechanical failure, or human error.
You agree to indemnify Airport West Car Wash, including its employees and contractors, against any claims, damages, or losses that arise from your actions, your vehicle, or any breach of these terms and conditions, including acts of negligence.
